01What Genius does
Genius is the AI assistant in LocalGenius. It can write and change website pages, write social posts and blog posts, suggest replies to enquiries and help with your SEO.
02You stay in control
- Nothing Genius writes goes live until you approve it, unless you turn on automatic posting.
- You can edit or delete anything Genius writes.
- You can stop using Genius at any time.
03What information Genius uses
To write for you, Genius uses your business details, services, website content and the request you type. This is sent to the AI providers we use to run Genius, under contracts that protect it.
04Training
We do not use your content, your customers' enquiries, or any data from Google or Facebook to train AI models. We choose AI providers that do not train their models on what we send them through their business services.
05Check before you publish
AI can get things wrong. Check prices, licences, claims and facts before you publish, and don't publish anything you wouldn't say yourself. See our Disclaimer.
06Pictures
Pictures made with AI are labelled in your library. Don't use them to show work you didn't do or people who aren't real customers.
