01General information
The information on localgenius.com.au is general information about our service. It is not legal, tax, financial or marketing advice for your situation.
02No guaranteed results
We work to help your business get found and win work, but we can't promise a set number of enquiries, sales, rankings, reviews or followers. Search engines, social networks and ad platforms decide how they show content, and they change their rules often.
03Sample numbers
Numbers, screens and businesses shown on this website, such as "Bayside Plumbing Co", are samples to show how LocalGenius works. They are not results from a real customer unless we say so.
04SEO scores and reports
Your LocalGenius SEO score grades how your website is set up. It is not a prediction of where you will rank. Reports use data from Google and other sources, which can be delayed or change after the report is made.
05AI-written content
Genius can write pages, posts and replies. AI can make mistakes. Check prices, licences, claims and facts before you publish. You are responsible for what goes live under your business name.
06Other websites
We link to websites we don't control, such as Google, Facebook and directory sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
07Your consumer rights
Nothing in this disclaimer limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Terms of Service and Refunds and Cancellations.
