How do I change what's fresh today?

Type it to Genius in your dashboard, like “sourdough and croissants out at 6”. With the LocalGenius app (coming soon) you can say it out loud with floury hands, and Genius updates your website, Google and socials.

Can people order cakes on my website?

Yes, through the shop you already use. Your Cakes page has an Order form button that opens your Square, Shopify or WooCommerce shop. Orders and payments stay there. LocalGenius doesn't take orders or payments itself.

What happens when someone messages about a custom cake?

Genius replies on the channel they asked on, with a link to your Cakes page and your order form. It never types prices or promises a date. You confirm every cake yourself, in your own words.

Do posts go out without me seeing them?

Never. Genius writes them for your bakery and the time of year, then they wait for your OK before going to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Billing. You can move up or down a plan whenever you like.
