What do you need help with?

Taps, toilets, a blocked sink: tell us what’s up and get a price back fast.

Get a price

Service picker. One question that sends them to the right place: a service page, the quote form or your phone.

How it works

Set your prices once. Quote in a minute after that.

No spreadsheet, no Word template, no working out GST on your phone calculator.

1

Put your prices in

Add a price to each job in Lists → Services, ex GST. Add products, extras and your call-out fee by suburb.

2

An enquiry comes in

Open it and tap Write a quote, or let LocalGenius write the draft for you. It waits, marked To check.

3

Check, send, get the yes

Preview it, send it by email (text is coming soon), and watch it go from Not opened to Opened to Accepted.

The details

Everything a good quote needs.

Built for trades and service businesses who quote every day and would rather be on the tools.

Your price list

Services, products and extras, priced once in Lists. Mark the big jobs “ask first”.

Call-out by suburb

Set a call-out fee for each group of suburbs. The right one goes on the quote.

Ex GST in, GST worked out

Type prices without GST. Subtotal, GST and the total are added up for you.

Your own lines

Anything not on the list: type the item and the price, just for this quote.

Good for 30 days

Or a week up to three months. The end date prints on the quote.

Written for you

When someone asks for a price, a draft quote is written from your list and waits for you to check.

Email or text

Email with the PDF attached, or a text with a link to the quote. Coming soon

Opened and accepted

See when they open it and when they tap Accept quote.

Small ones straight away

Let quotes under a limit you pick go out on their own. Bigger ones wait for you.

Questions

The quick answers.

Without. You type every price ex GST, and LocalGenius adds the 10% GST underneath and shows the total your customer pays.

Yes. Add your own line with a name and price, change any price for this one quote, or change how many. Your price list stays as it is.

Only if you say so. Quotes wait as a draft for you to check, unless you pick “Send small ones straight away” (under a limit you set) or “Send every quote straight away”.

Thirty days unless you change it. Pick a week, two weeks, a month, two months or three months, and the end date prints on the quote.

They tap Accept quote in the email or on the quote page. You get told straight away and the enquiry is marked as won.

Yes. When ServiceM8 is connected the quote goes on the job: the lines as materials and the PDF attached. When they accept, the job becomes a Work Order.

Quote while they’re still keen.

Put your prices in once. Every enquiry after that is a quote you can send in a minute, from the office or the ute.
