Walked the block Thursday. Estimate in by Monday.

Matt meets Sarah and Tom before work on Thursday and walks the back yard with them. Monday morning he opens her enquiry and taps Quote. Her photos are already there. He adds his own items for the extension, GST is worked out, and it's good for 30 days. They read it on the couch that night and ring him the next day.

At handover Matt takes one last photo of the new family room and taps Ask for a review. Sarah gets a friendly text with the photo. On Sunday night, with three kids in three bedrooms, she writes about the Friday posts. The next family in Ashgrove searching “home extension builder” sees it beside Matt's name.

Do I have to write anything?

No. Tell us what you build and where, and LocalGenius writes your home page, a page for each kind of build and a page for each suburb. Want something changed? Type it to Ask Genius, like “add granny flats to my services”.

Can I send an estimate rather than a fixed quote?

Yes. Start it from the enquiry, add your own items and prices, and GST is worked out for you. Your prices never go on your website unless you want them to.

Do diary posts go out without me seeing them?

Never. Genius writes each post from your photos and your words, then waits for your OK. You choose what's shown, like the suburb but not the street. Once you approve, it goes to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile.

Will it work with ServiceM8, Tradify or simPRO?
