I already take online orders in Square or Shopify. Does it still work?

Yes. Your Pre-order and Order online buttons go straight to your shop, and orders, payments and pick-up times stay there. LocalGenius doesn't take orders or payments itself. It brings people to your shop.

Can I change the specials every week without sitting at a computer?

Yes. Type it in your dashboard, or with the LocalGenius app (coming soon) take a photo of the cabinet and say what's on. Genius updates the home page and writes the posts, and you check them before they go out.

What happens with catering and club orders?

Genius drafts a reply with your catering or bulk packs page, so the club or party knows what you do and how to order. You sort out the details with them yourself.

Do posts go out without me seeing them?

Never. Genius writes them for your cabinet and the time of year, then they wait for your OK before going to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Billing. You can move up or down a plan whenever you like.
