Can people order on my website?

Yes, through the ordering you already use. Your Order ahead button opens Square, Lightspeed or HungryHungry, and Delivery opens your Uber Eats page. Orders and payments stay in those apps. LocalGenius doesn't take orders itself.

How do I change today's specials?

Type it to Genius in your dashboard, like “add pumpkin soup today”. With the LocalGenius app (coming soon) you can say it out loud, and Genius updates your website, Google and socials.

What happens with catering enquiries?

Genius replies with a link to your Catering page, on the channel they asked on. When they fill in the request form, it lands in your inbox so you can confirm it in your own words.

Do posts go out without me seeing them?

Never. Genius writes them for your café and the time of year, then they wait for your OK before going to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Billing. You can move up or down a plan whenever you like.
