Handprint day becomes this week's post. No faces in it.

Emma loved the tour, and Lauren, whose page she read on Tuesday night. On Friday the toddlers paint handprints for the garden fence. Lauren photographs the paper, not the children. Genius writes the post, Priya taps Approve, and it goes to Facebook, Instagram and your Google profile. Daily photos still go to families privately, in your family app.

Emma enrols in your own system, and Archie has his settling-in mornings with Lauren.     Does LocalGenius do tours, waitlists or enrolments?

    No. Your Book a tour button and saved replies open the tools you already use, like Calendly for tours and Xplor or OWNA for waitlists and enrolments. Bookings, attendance and fees all stay there. LocalGenius brings families to them.

    Will our posts show the children?

    Only what you add, and only once you approve it. Most centres post hands, art, the garden and the rooms instead of faces, and Genius writes captions without children's names. Daily photos to families stay in your family app.

    Can the site explain fees and the Child Care Subsidy?

    Your Fees page says what you want it to say, in your words, and you can show your daily fees or leave them off. For subsidy questions, most centres link to the government's own pages. We don't write the rules for you.

    Where do tour enquiries go?
