Back in the van after the walk, Sam opens Megan's enquiry. Her floor area, nights and extras are already in the quote. He adds the regular clean, the washrooms and kitchen, the monthly glass and the quarterly carpets, and sends it. GST is worked out for him, and she can forward it straight to her director.
