I already have a Shopify or Square shop. Does it still work?

Yes. Your Shop buttons go straight to it, and orders, payments and stock stay there. LocalGenius doesn't take orders or payments itself. It brings people to your shop.

Can I have a page for every suburb I deliver to?

Yes. Tell Genius your delivery areas and cut-off times and each suburb gets its own page, written for that suburb. Add or take one off whenever your run changes.

What happens with wedding enquiries?

Genius drafts a reply with your Weddings page and the link to book a consult, using the booking tool you already have. You talk through the details with the couple yourself.

Do posts go out without me seeing them?

Never. Genius writes them for your flowers and the time of year, then they wait for your OK before going to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from Billing. You can move up or down a plan whenever you like.
