Specialists do the work on each order. Your account manager looks after the lot. Their name and number sit at the top of Your Orders, so you always know who to ring.

Services are priced on their own, beside your plan: Local Listings $150 a month, Blog Writing $250, Social Posting $349, Paid Ads Management $600, Press Release $450 each. SEO plans are on the pricing page. Book a call sits in the chat on services from $250 a month.

Good to know.

Who actually does the work?
A real specialist for that service. You see their name on the order, and you talk to them in the order's chat. Until they're matched, the order says "Finding your specialist". That's usually within one business day.
Do I need to set anything up?
A few short screens, once. We already have your website, trade and suburb, so we tell you what we'll do and you just say yes or change it. If it's not done yet, the order shows a "Set it up" button.
How do I know what's been done?
Open the order. Work shows every post, listing or job we tick off. Files has the reports and anything you've swapped. Steps at the top show where it's up to: Paid, Set up, Under way, First report, Done.
Will I get told when they reply?
Yes. You get an email when your specialist writes back, unless you turn job emails off in Settings. Specialists reply within one business day.
Can I talk to someone instead of typing?
Tap the mic in the chat and talk. Your words turn into a message you can check before sending. On services from $250 a month, Book a call lets you pick a day and a time for a 15-minute call, and your specialist confirms it in the chat.
What does the account manager do?
One person who knows your business and looks after your whole account. Their name, phone and email sit at the top of Your Orders. On the Managed plan they're yours by name.
Can I pause or stop a service?
Yes. Ask in the order's chat and we'll pause it or stop it at renewal for you.
