Matt runs a two-man plastering crew around Sydney's Hills District. This is Bec in Kellyville, from a hole in her hallway to her Google review, and the bigger job in between.

The patch is drying when Bec walks Matt through the back of the house. The lounge cornice has cracked along the wall, and the back bedroom ceiling is stained and sagging near the downlight. They were going to renovate anyway. Matt takes two photos, adds a note to her job, and sends a second quote from the same place: re-sheet three rooms with new cornice.
