Can every agent have their own page?

Yes. Each agent gets a page with their photo, their words, their suburbs, their sales and an appraisal form with their name on it. Tell us who's on the team and LocalGenius writes the pages for you to check.

What happens if an agent leaves?

It's your website. Take their page down or hand their suburbs to someone else with one message to Ask Genius. The reviews on your Google profile belong to the agency, so they stay.

Do you list our properties for us?

No. You keep listing the way you do now. LocalGenius works with the listing feed you already use, so listings and sales can show on the right agent's page and turn into posts for you to approve.

Can landlords book a rental appraisal online?

Rental appraisal requests come to your inbox so your property manager can reply in their own words. If you already use a booking tool like Calendly, we can put it on the page.

Does anything get posted without us seeing it?

Never. Every “just listed” and “just sold” post waits for an OK. Once it's approved, it goes to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile.
