Do I have to write anything?

No. Tell us what you sell and where, and LocalGenius writes your home page, your appraisal page and a page for each suburb. Want something changed? Type it to Ask Genius, like “add Coorparoo to my suburbs”.

Does anything get posted without me seeing it?

Never. Every “just listed” and “just sold” post waits for your OK. Once you approve, it goes to Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile.

Can people book an appraisal time online?

Appraisal requests come to your inbox so you can reply in your own words. If you already use a booking tool like Calendly, we can put it on your appraisal page.

Can I cancel?
